Data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, service of interest and message. We also process technical data necessary to deliver this website securely.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiry and to prepare or perform a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and for our legitimate interest in securing this website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary storage by default. With your consent through the cookie banner we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how the website is used; it sets cookies and processes data such as pseudonymous identifiers, pages visited and approximate location. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for no longer than necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations, for up to 2 years.

Service providers
Messages from the contact form are delivered to and stored in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), which acts as our processor. Website analytics are provided by Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.
International transfers
Where data is transferred between the EU and the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
